The problem

Search results took eleven seconds on mobile. Google had indexed only a fifth of the listings, and agents were fielding calls for properties that had sold months earlier.

What we did

  1. 01Moved search to a Node.js service with geo-indexed queries and instant filters
  2. 02Generated listing pages statically with per-property structured data
  3. 03Automated sold-status sync from the agents' CRM
  4. 04Rebuilt map browse as a progressive experience that works before the map loads

The result

Full index coverage within two months and a mobile experience that keeps buyers on the portal. Enquiries per listing nearly doubled.
