The problem

Craft Studio sold through Instagram DMs. Orders were lost, shipping was quoted by hand, and there was no way for a buyer in Berlin to know what delivery would cost.

What we did

  1. 01Built a multi-vendor storefront with per-maker inventory and payouts
  2. 02Integrated live international shipping rates and duty estimates
  3. 03Photographed and structured 400 products with rich product schema
  4. 04Set up an abandoned-cart flow in the makers' own voice

The result

The DM backlog is gone. Two-thirds of revenue now comes from outside Nepal, and makers see their own sales dashboard.
